Product Description:

Zingaceram PU is a two pack acrylated polyurethane paint. Zingaceram PU gives a finish in most RAL colours with excellent adhesion.

Due to its ceramic particles (inorganic, non-metallic materials), it provides an exceptional barrier against the environment which results in high chemical and abrasion resistance.

Zingaceram PU is recommended as a finish coloured topcoat in a Zinga system.

Product Uses:

Zingaceram PUdries to a medium gloss level and imparts very tough adhesion characteristics whilst maintaining an excellent modulus of elasticity, which makes it an ideal finish for structures like offshore wind turbines.

In conjunction withZingaand ourZingaceram PUprimer-sealer it was used to coat steelwork of the Olympic structures in London, the system was given an expected service-life of60 yearsto first major maintenance.
