HANNAY REEL HGR 100-75; W/ CLEAR PCC, PAINT GRAPHITE is a rugged, USAmade Hannay hose reel engineered for daily commercial use. The selected configuration offers smooth payout and fast takeup for long hose runs while protecting hose from kinks and abrasion.
Rewind & Drive: Electric or Manual (ModelDependent). None delivers reliable torque with controlled speed. A camlock drag brake and springactuated pin lock help you secure hose at the desired length.
Construction: Welded steel frame and discs for durability, heavyduty hub and bearings for smooth rotation, and a chainandsprocket drive on powered versions. Industrial powdercoat finish helps resist corrosion and wear.
Plumbing: Standard 90 ballbearing swivel inlet with FNPT threads and straight FNPT outlet for minimal flow restriction. Select swivel/shaft seals (e.g., Aflas gasket) and roller guide configuration to suit your media and routing.
Applications: Pressure washing & washdown, landscaping & pest control spray rigs, service trucks & utility vehicles, lubrication, water supply, and general industrial maintenance.
Included: Assembled reel with bearings and plumbing, 12V motor/controls as specified. Hose and roller guides sold separately unless noted.
